Internal Transfer: Closed Account (With outstanding invoice)
We have checked on the domain name XXXXX and it is registered under a closed Fasthosts account. In order for you to access the domain name again, we need to internally transfer it from the closed account to your active account. However, we need to verify you first against the closed account and you need to settle the outstanding invoice. The account was closed because there was an outstanding invoice.
