GTLD Pending Transfer (Confirmation email not yet received)

In transferring a GTLD (.com, .info, .net and etc.) domain name to Fasthosts, a confirmation email will be sent to the admin contact email address of the domain name. That email will be asking for the authorization or EPP code to confirm the transfer. The admin contact email address of the domain name XXXXXXX is XXXXXXXXX.
Please can you confirm to us if you have received an email to the above address? If you have, you just have to provide the Authorization code to that email and once it is done, you just have to wait within 5 – 9 days for the transfer to be completed.
If you have not received any, please inform us so that we can forward this ticket to our Domains team. They will be able to re-initiate the transfer by resending the confirmation email. However, if you could not access that email address or no one can access that email address, please contact your current registrar and ask them to update the admin contact email address of the domain name to an email address that you can access. Once it is done, please inform us so we can ask our Domains Team to resend the confirmation email.
