.UK Pending Transfer (IPS tag was not changed)

In transferring a .UK domain name to Fasthosts, you need to add the domain name in your Fasthosts control panel first and then ask the current registrar to change the IPS tag of the domain name to LIVEDOMAINS.

In your case, you have added the domain name to your control panel but maybe you forgot to ask the current registrar of the domain name to change the tag.
