.UK Pending Transfer (Not yet added to the control panel)

Thank you for contacting us and our sincerest apology for this inconvenience. We have checked on the domain name XXXXXXXXX and the main reason it is not showing in your Fasthosts account is because you did not add it in your control panel yet. In transferring a .UK domain name to Fasthosts, you need to add the domain name in your Fasthosts control panel and then ask the current registrar to change the IPS tag of the domain name to LIVEDOMAINS.

In your case, you’ve managed to change the tag IPS tag but you did not add it in your account. Please follow the steps below on how you can add the domain name in your Fasthosts account:

1. Log-in to your Control Panel https://login.fasthosts.co.uk/.
2. Go to DOMAIN tab then click on TRANSFER DOMAIN.
3. Type in the domain name and then click TRANSFER IN.
5. Select which Domain Nameservers to use then click Proceed With Transfer.
6. Choose Domain Contacts and then click Continue.
7. Confirm Your Order then just follow on screen indtructions after.

If you want to keep the hosting working with the current provider still, please select the option to keep the current Nameservers of the domain name. Once the domain name is fully transferred to us, you have the option to change the nameservers anytime. Please then give it within 24 – 48 hours for the domain name to be fully transferred.
